PRIVATE TRAINING CANCELLATION

We appreciate that sometimes appointments change. Please let us know as soon as possible. Cancellations within 24 hours before the appointment need to be charged a fee of $50. Any notice given more than 24 hours prior is free of charge. Either way, we can always reschedule.

Any notice given within 1 hour before the appointment has to be charged full travel fee on top of the $50 cancellation charges. In our training location the travel fee will be calculated with $20 in case of cancellation.

 

PUPPY CLASSES BOOKING POLICY

You can book into Puppy Class yourself through our "Book Now" button on the page. Payment will be required to book in. Cancellations within 72 hours before the first session can not be refunded. Cancellations within 4-7 days before the first session will get a 50% refund. Cancellations more than 1 week before the first session of the class will get a 100% refund.

 

GROUP CLASSES BOOKING POLICY

When you book a spot in our classes, we will always ask you to provide your full name, dog's name and breed, your phone number and email address. As soon as we have those details we will send out an invoice - Payment confirms the spot. Please be aware that our classes are limited to 4-5 dogs (depending on the class) and we can therefore not hold your spot for a longer period of time.

The dates of the sessions are always announced on the website prior to bookings being taken. If you cannot make it to one or more sessions, we cannot refund your fee. You will however have access to the training videos of all weeks of course.

 

Puppy Socialisation

Any cancellations within 24 hours before the appointment cannot be refunded. Any credit from cancellations before Monday afternoon can be transferred to another session.
