PRIVATE TRAINING OR DAY VISIT CANCELLATION

We appreciate that sometimes appointments change. Please let us know as soon as possible.

Sit Happens must be notified by email, phone, or Facebook Messenger of all Cancellations. Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to your appointment will not incur a cancellation fee. Cancellations given within 48 hours or less before the appointment will be incur a $50 cancellation fee. Additionally, to the $50 cancellation fee there will be a travel fee charge if Sit Happens is notified of a cancellation within 3 hours before your scheduled appointment. The travel fee for in home trainings will be the fee listed on our website for your location while appointments at location will incur a $20 travel fee. All appointments can be rescheduled.

PUPPY Fun & FOCUS CLASSES CANCELLATION

Cancellations for our group classes within 14 days before the date of Week 2 (the first in person session at locations) cannot be refunded. Cancellations more than 14 days before week 2 (the first in person session at locations) of the class will get a full refund. Class dates are disclosed before booking. Therefore, we will not give partial refunds or make up sessions for missed classes. However, weekly emails and videos will help you keep up to date with topics covered in class. We will endeavour to ensure you are able to catch up at your next attendance.

GROUP CLASSES BOOKING POLICY

When you book a spot in our classes, we will always ask you to provide your full name, dog's name and breed, your phone number and email address. As soon as we have those details we will send out an invoice - Payment confirms the spot. Please be aware that our classes are limited to 4-5 dogs (depending on the class) and we can therefore not hold your spot for a longer period of time.

The dates of the sessions are always announced on the website prior to bookings being taken. If you cannot make it to one or more sessions, we cannot refund your fee. You will however have access to the training videos of all weeks of course.

Puppy Socialisation CANCELLATION

Cancellations for our Puppy Socialisation within 2 days before the date of the session cannot be refunded. Cancellations more than 2 days before the date of the Puppy Socialisation session will get a full refund or credits can be transferred to a future session.

Fun & Focus Level 2 Cancellations

Cancellations for our group classes within 7 days before the date of Week 1 cannot be refunded. Cancellations more than 7 days before week 1 of the class will get a full refund. Class dates are disclosed before booking. Therefore, we will not give partial refunds or make up sessions for missed classes. However, weekly emails and videos will help you keep up to date with topics covered in class. We will endeavour to ensure you are able to catch up at your next attendance.

Group Walk Cancellation

Sit Happens requires 48 hour notice for group walk cancellation. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will responsible for the full dog walking fee.
