PRIVATE TRAINING CANCELLATION

We appreciate that sometimes appointments change. Please let us know as soon as possible.

Sit Happens must be notified by email of all Cancellations and Reschedules.  Cancellations or Reschedules made more than 5 days prior to your appointment will not incur a cancellation fee. Cancellations or Reschedules given within 5 days or less before the appointment will incur a $40 cancellation fee. Additionally, to the $40 cancellation fee there will be a travel fee charge if Sit Happens is notified of a Cancellation or Reschedule within 4 hours before your scheduled appointment. The travel fee for in home trainings will be the fee listed on our website for your area while appointments at location will incur a $20 travel fee.

Package cancellation

All packages once purchased incur a $40 administration fee upon cancellation. If a package is partially cancelled the individual services will be charged at their non-package rates plus the $40 administration fee. The rest can be refunded.

 

GROUP SESSION CANCELLATION & POLICY

Group session dates are disclosed before booking. Therefore, we will not give partial refunds or make up sessions for missed sessions. When you book a spot in a group session, we will always ask you to provide your full name, dog's name and breed, your phone number and email address.

The dates of the sessions are always announced prior to bookings being taken. If you cannot make it to one or more sessions, we cannot refund your fee.

 

SHY PUP CONFIDENCE BOOSTER CANCELLATION

Cancellations for our Shy Pup Confidence Booster within 5 days before the date of the session cannot be refunded. Cancellations more than 5 days before the date of the session will get a full refund or credits can be transferred to a future session.
